#

Patients return to light desk work and daily home activities within 10 to 14 days, with full social comfort achieved at 3 to 4 weeks.

Clinical Pathology & Literature Context

A soft supportive head bandage is worn for the first 24 to 48 hours to minimize fluid accumulation. Mild bruising and swelling peak around days 3 and 4, then rapidly subside. Sutures are removed in two stages between days 6 and 10. Normal non-strenuous social interactions resume comfortably by week 2 with light camouflage makeup.

Surgical & Post-Operative Recovery Protocol

Strenuous gym training and heavy lifting resume safely at 4 to 6 weeks.
